About the blog:

As someone who has always loved reading and writing a blog is an idea that I have toyed with for some time. I have now decided to take the leap and put some pieces out there. I previously had an Instagram account dedicated to book reviews which I have now diversified to align with this blog. I decided to create the blog in a way that allowed me to cover a lot of topics as I’ve never been good at sticking to just one thing and there are too many subjects that interest me to limit myself to a singular category. The name for the blog has of course come from the beloved board game ‘Trivial Pursuits’. This was a favourite game of mine growing up, and as it covers such a vast array of people, places, and things in each category, it felt only fitting to connect my writing to that. I hope that the range of topics covered will not only interest me but also capture the interest of a variety of readers. I also hope that anyone who reads any of my posts feels welcome to suggest topics for me to cover so we can all learn together.
